(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) Alleging that the order dated 07.01.2016 passed in W.P.No.392 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the copies of the Circular No.13/2017 dated 21.08.2017 and Circular No.3/2016 dated 03.08.2016, which was certified on 21.06.2019 in purported compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.392 of 2016 dated 07.01.2016.
4. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
