ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Puducherry on 25.03.2021.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to challenge the final report.
