This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2576 of 2023 in para 6 of the order as follows :- "6. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one should be the blood surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further conditions that" 1/4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no brothers and his parents are no more and his sister is residing at Delhi and daughter is married, having a small kid residing at Bangalore. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect as follows:- "The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one should be the close relative with aadhar card) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed."

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 2576 of 2023 vide order dated 07.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.
5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 17.03.2023 rpp 3/4
