O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register FIR on the complaint dated 24.03.2015 lodged by the petitioner and investigate and take action on the complaint given by the petitioner within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents .

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has sent a representation to the Superintendent of Police under Right to Information Act. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the concerned Inspector of Police, disclosing the commission of cognizable offence and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
