This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.3842 of 2014 dated 04.03.2014.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in Crime No.463 of 2015 on the file of respondent for

offences u/s.147, 148, 447, 341, 506(ii) IPC and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner. This petition shall stand closed.
