When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the document presented for registration has been refused to be registered by issuing refusal check slip dated 07.03.2025 and the copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the refusal check slip.
