These applications have been filed to extend the time to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar, (O.S.II), High Court, Madras consequent to the orders passed in O.P.No. 90 of 2023 and also to permit the fourth petitioner to execute the bond in favour of the petitioners 1 to 3 also.

2. The first, second and third petitioners have executed a power of attorney for the specific purpose of permitting the fourth petitioner to execute the bond on their behalf before the Assistant Registrar, (O.S.II), High Court, Madras.
