The above Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant 30 days leave to the detenu Mr.Mohamed Sabeer Ali, S/o. Shahul Hameed, who is now confined in Puzhal, Chennai for attending the birth of his first born child and to be with the petitioner and family during such time. 2.In view of the serious objections raised by the learned Senior Panel Counsel for Central Government, that the petitioner's husband is the master mind to the alleged crime and that if he comes out on

temporary release, he might tamper the evidences, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer sought for in the writ petition. 3.This writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. [M.S.R, J.] [N.S, J.] 06.03.2025 kas Index : Yes / No To.
