Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the govt. letter No.11075/AA1/2011/2 Agriculture AA1 Dept. dt. 27.1.12 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Asst. Director of Agriculture without reference to the passing of the Accounts test for executive officers as on the crucial date and promote her as Assistant Director of Agriculture and grant her all consequential service and monetary benefits at par with her junior. 1/4
