A.Karthik Kumar ..Respondent/Husband PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the HMOP No.3594 of 2019 as early as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Ms.S.Mythreye Chandru O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned VII Additional Family Court at Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 3594 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. The respondent entered appearance and also had filed a counter and the case is pending for enquiry.

3. Inspite of several efforts taken for reunion, those steps have not proved successful. In these circumstances, it is prayed for a direction to the learned VII Additional Family Court at Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P. No. 3594 of 2019 within a stipulated time.

4. Considering the reasons stated and also the fact that the case is ripe for trial, this Court directs the learned learned VII Additional Family Court Judge to dispose of the case as early as possible preferably within a period of six(06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
