ORDER
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the order passed in WP.No.22937 of 2011 dated 23.03.2022, the respondents have preferred an appeal in WA.No.2741 of 2023 and the same is pending before the Division Bench.
2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
