O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of the G.O.P.No.63 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, in expeditious manner within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The revision petitioner is the father who had filed the Guardian OP 1/4
for claiming guardianship over his minor daughter K.Rittanya, who is now in the custody of the respondent mother.
4. On perusal of the case diary, it is seen that the case is being adjourned for several hearings for filing counter and thereafter, for enquiry. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner / father seeking visitation rights and that atleast should be disposed at the earliest. Taking into consideration of the emotional element involved in the proceedings and also the fact that the proceedings being adjourned from time to time for several hearings, it will be appreciable if the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, disposes the Guardian OP itself early.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed and the learned Principal District Judge is directed to dispose the Guardian OP preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
