10 of 2021 dated 08.02.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and to modify the condition No.6 "The petitioner/Accused shall appear before this TNPID Court on every Monday 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.13 of 2022 in Crime No.23 of 2021 dated 01.02.2022 on the file of the Special Judge under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Chennai.

2. The petitioner herein was granted bail in three different cases of similar nature. Since, the three Investigating Officers are from different Stations, it has caused inconvenience to the petitioner to report each one of them at the same time. Hence, he is present before this Court and seeks modification of the condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that six cases have been registered against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Section 66 D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Thiruvallur, Chengalpattu, Thirunelveli, Kallakurichi, Tiruppur and Dharmapuri and presently the petitioner is reporting before the Thirunelveli Police Station in reference to the condition imposed in Crime No.6/2021. Whereas, in the three cases the Principal Bench of this Court has granted bail to this petitioner on condition to appear before the respondent police viz., Dharmapuri and Chengalpattu and before the Court at Chennai respectively and thereby the petitioner is not able to report before them.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the bail conditions are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respective respondent police as and when required.
