This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.04.2016.

2. No appearance for the petitioner, may be due to boycott of Courts. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.On a reading of the complaint dated 20.04.2016, it appears that this petitioner had entered into an agreement with the opposite party for the purchase of a plot and had given certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

amount as advance. It is alleged that the opposite party has not come forward to register the property. In the considered opinion of this Court, it essentially appears to be contractual. Hence, no positive direction can be used to the respondent police to register an FIR. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
