ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to transfer patta in favour of the petitioners with respect to the subject property by considering the online application submitted by the petitioners on 28.01.2025.

2.Heard Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3/5 3.The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the application submitted by the petitioners is pending before the respondent. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioners on 28.01.2025 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
