O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 09.01.2025. The petitioner filed an OnLine application on 28.01.2025 seeking for transfer of patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the OnLine application submitted by the petitioner on 28.01.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law 2/4

and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
