ORDER

The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 468, 471 and 120(b) of IPC 1860, in C.C.No.5056 of 2020 in Crime No.284 of 2011, on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.5056 of 2020 on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB & CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai, and summons also issued to the petitioner and he is regularly appearing before Concerned Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the trial Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Concerned Court and execute a bond under Section 88A of Cr.P.C.,

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
