ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein fell in love with the defacto complainant, on turning down his proposal, he has stabbed her with knife. A case has been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.65 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 294(b),324 & 506(ii) of IPC.
2. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court earlier declined to grant anticipatory bail and the petitioner withdrew the petition. Now again he has filed the petition seeking anticipatory bail. There is no change of circumstances.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent submits that a special team has been constituted to secure this petitioner since the defacto complainant apprehends further attack by this petitioner who is absconding.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
