ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 8.3.2016 in W.P.No.8475 of 2016, directed the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ copy of that order, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the parties

concerned. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent has complied with the order of this Court. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 6.10.2016.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
