Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1862 of 2020 dated 30.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1862 of 2020 dated 30.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 16/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
