ORDER

This Court by an order dated 06.08.2021 on the petitioner's petition held that, the original certificate of the petitioner was lost, a complaint was 1/3

lodged on 16.12.2019, for which C.S.R.No.4 of 2020 assigned and enquiry was conducted. The Inspector of Police, M-7 Manali New Town Police Station would take appropriate action and furnish the closure report to the petitioner. Recording the same, this Court dismissed the petition on 06.08.2021.

2. The contention of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that, there was a dispute between the petitioner and counter complainants Sumathy and Baskaran. Finding that, they were enquired in a complaint registered in C.S.R.No.4 of 2020 and the same was closed. The closure report alone ought to be furnished. Now, the copy of closure report furnished to the petitioner and the copy of the same was produced.

3. Recording the same, finding that, there is no reason to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed.
