It is now submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that enquiry was conducted into the allegations based on the complaint.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) produced the copy of the file relating to the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2013. The reading of the same would reveal that the enquiry was conducted on 23.03.2013, on which date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ statements were recorded from both the petitioner and the

counter petitioner and documents were also produced and perused and the enquiry was closed on the ground that the dispute between the parties is more of civil in nature. In view of the same, the remedy available to the petitioner is elsewhere.

The Contempt Petition is, hence, closed.
