ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 13.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.11.2014, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondent police. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
