Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to implement the directions issued by the first respondent dated 05.07.2018, wherein and whereby, the first respondent issued an order for opening the TASMAC Shop No.4119 at the premises situated in Door No.86 C, Srinivasa Perumal Koil Street, Cantonment, Pallavaram, Chennai.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The petitioner is the owner of the premises. It is stated that the petitioner has let out the premises on lease for running a TASMAC Shop. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the said premises was let out on lease long ago, the respondents neither opened the shop nor paid the rent to the petitioner so far. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the above relief.
5. The learned standing counsel for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that the subject matter shop will be opened in the subject matter premises within a period of four weeks.
Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner's apprehension is not well-founded.
6. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, more particularly, the undertaking given by the respondents through their counsel that the shop will be opened within a period of four weeks, this writ petition is disposed of, by recording the above said undertaking. No costs.
