Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to complete the Disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide Charge Memo in Na.Ka.No.E6/905/2017 dated 06.09.2018 after furnishing the copies of the documents sought for by the petitioner through his representation dated 10.09.2018, within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the request of the writ petitioner will be considered by the respondent and accordingly, the document sought for will be provided with reference to the charges framed against writ petitioner would be furnished to the writ petitioner and thereafter enquiry will be continued and concluded by the Competent Authority.

2. In view of the submission made by the Learned Special Government Pleader that the relevant documents will be furnished to the writ petitioner. Thus, no further orders required in the present writ petition.
