C.M.P.No.8027 of 2022 C.M.P.No.8027 of 2022 and A.S.No.218 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., The above appeal is filed against the partition granted by the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, in O.S.No.58 of 2012. The defendants 1, 8 to 11 are the appellants before this Court. 2.

This Court by an order dated 14.06.2022, was pleased to grant an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone. The stay was granted till 14.07.2022 and thereafter, the matter was not listed. Today, when the matter was listed and the respondents have entered appearance. The respondents in this petition do not raised any serious objection in this regard.

Considering the fact that the appellants are the defendants in the suit for partition, the stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.
