..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings issued by the second respondent in proc.D.Dis.No.2055/E3(1)/2014 dated 16.4.2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service in the post of Hospital Worker till the age of superannuation prescribed for basic service.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the writ petitioner was allowed to continue in service pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court and he was allowed to retire from service after completion of the extension period on 31.8.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Thus, in respect of continuance of service, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the terminal and retirement benefits due to the writ petitioner has not been paid to him. It is for the respondents to consider the disbursement of the terminal and pensionary benefits in accordance with the rules and do the same as early as possible.

3. With this observation, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
