Seeking to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.399 of 2016 dated 03.03.2018 on the file of the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai, the present Criminal Revision has been filed.

2. When the matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled in HMOP.No.2896/2016 on the file of the learned VI Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
