Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 28.11.2014, issued by the fifth respondent and quashing the same and directing the respondents 1 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner in service.

ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prosecute the Departmental Appeal dated 12.2.2015, submitted to the second respondent, and would submit that if aggrieved by the orders passed in the appeal, the petitioner also seeks liberty to approach this Court by filing a writ petition. 2.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for the first respondent, and Mr.B.Manoharan, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 2, 3 and 5, also.
