ORDER

This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.33901 of 2016, by order dated 27.09.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, as per the relevant Rules, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.09.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
