"It is humbly submitted that the claim amount in the above CMA No.1477 of 2018 is settled out of court as full and final settlement. The Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras may kindly record the same as settled out of court and full court fees may kindly be returned"

2.In view of the compromise memo filed by the both parties, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as settled out of Court. The Registry is directed to refund the court fee as per the Rules.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
