This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to comply with the orders of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17177 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021 without any further delay and also provide the status report before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that this Court, by order dated 23.09.2021, directed the respondent police to take immediate steps to get report from the RDO and initiate 145 Cr.P.C., proceedings. Pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17177 of 2021, the respondent police will take immediate steps and it would be completed within a period of eight weeks.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17177 of 2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already complied. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
