O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ behalf of the respondents made a submission that the issue is in relation to extension of benefit of G.O.Ms.No.216,

Finance (PC) Dept. dated 22.03.1993 and G.O.MS. No.270, Finance (PC) Dept., dated 26.08.2010. In this Connection, full bench reported in 2016 (2) MLJ 257. In the light of the Judgment of the Full Bench of the Supreme Court, the case of the petitioner is also to be considered by the Competent authority.

In view of the order passed by the Full Bench of the Supreme Court in this regard, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
