When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioners were issued with the Hall Tickets and they were permitted to write the examinations.

2. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
