O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the Appeal dated 06.02.2019, filed by the petitioner for restoration of his Driving Licence bearing Driving Licence No. TN1200600002128 within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition has only a limited scope and in view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is directing the first respondent to consider the Appeal dated 06.02.2019, if it is on file and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
