Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus direction directing the respondents herein to regularize the service of the petitioner as Grade II Female Warder from the date of her original appointment, ie., from 13.02.1998, in light of the orders by this Hon'ble Court W.P.Nos.7880 of 2018 dated 10.08.2022, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits, within a timeframe. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as Grade II Female Warder from the date of her original appointment, ie., from 13.02.1998, in light of the orders by this Hon'ble Court W.P.Nos.7880 of 2018 dated 10.08.2022, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.7880 of 2018 dated 10.08.2022 by this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
