(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 339 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

Mr.H.Prosper, learned counsel appearing for the respondent filed a counter affidavit inter alia stating that after initiating contempt proceedings, the appellants have preferred the appeal with delay application and hence, sought for dismissal of this petition. 3.

However, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
