Mr.M.Jothikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without affecting the interest of the second respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of her representation dated 14.12.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for deletion of the name of the second respondent included in the Patta.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same, if there is no legal impediment in this regard. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
