This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.208 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 on the file of the first respondent/Police.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.208 of 2023 final report was filed through e-filing on 17.08.2024 vide e-filing No.C202400179 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
