This application has been filed to grant permission to the applicant/ respondent to take the girl child named Haifa aged 15 years old along with the applicant/ respondent to her work place in United Kingdom till the final disposal of the above Original Petition.

2.Today, when this application was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that he is not pressing this application and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Application is dismissed as "not pressed".
