CMP No.5012 of 2026 CMP No.5012 of 2026 in CMA SR No.212333 of 2025 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

and K.RAJASEKAR, J.

(Order of the Court was made by K.RAJASEKAR, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal.

2.Notice had been directed and the name of the learned counsel for the respondent had been printed in the cause list; however, he has not entered appearance. 3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it has been stated that the petitioner who was working as an Assessor in the Electricity Board, had suffered severe cold, cough and fever, due to which, he could not travel to Chennai to meet his Advocate and give instructions regarding the case. In that process, there has been a delay.

4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. (C.V.K.J., ) (K.R.S.J., ) vkr 22.04.2026 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
