1. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.N.Vignesh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant says that the issue involved in the captioned appeal is covered against the appellant, by virtue of the judgment of a Division Bench of this court dated 4.08.2017 passed in batch of writ appeals, the lead writ appeal being W.A.No.987 of 2017898 of 2017, titled M/s.Joseph Trading Corporation vs. Union of India and others.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal stands dismissed, based on the judgement rendered in M/s.Joseph Trading Corporation vs. Union of India and others. No costs. The Registry shall despatch a copy of the judgment to the respondents.
