This case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in para No.3 of the order dated 13.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.6234 of 2020, there is a clerical error. In this petition it is typed that instead of this petition stands allowed, it has been erroneously typed as this petition stands dismissed. Hence, this case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

3.Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, para No.3 of the order dated 13.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.6234 of 2020 is modified as follows :

"3.It is seen that there is a settlement between the petitioner and the family members of the victim. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public 1/3

Prosecutor that the petitioner compromised the issue between him and victim family members, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur is quashed as against the petitioner herein.

4.Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy.
