Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating the proceedings of the 2nd respondent NIL dated 11.06.2013 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to award marks to the petitioner for Question Nos.95, 63, 18 and 9 in the "A series" Question Book and further declare the petitioner as successful candidate in the TET examination for paper-II held on 18.08.2013 and pass such further orders.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.03.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Orders' on 22.03.2024. Again, on 22.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 25.03.2024.

2. Even today, 25.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 10.35 a.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. 2/4
