This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 08.11.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.8944 of 2021 by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

2.This Court, by an order dated 22.06.2023, finding that it is a matrimonial dispute and there is a possibility of settlement, referred the matter to the Mediation Centre.

3.The learned counsel for petitioner as well as respondents are present before this Court. Both of them submitted that during the mediation, the issue between the petitioner and the respondents resolved and the petitioner/wife undertakes to withdraw the M.C.No.13 of 2010 on receipt of the agreed amount being paid by the respondents. 4.The Mediation Report received and a scanned reproduction of the same reads as follows:
