ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.5107 of 2016, by order dated 11.02.2016, directed the respondents to return the sale deed, dated 05.09.2012 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, by making necessary endorsement on the document with regard to the pendency of proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 11.02.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 28.09.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
