ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 1st respondent bearing No.KGB/2018-2019/62 dated 12/03/2019. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent produced a copy of the order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court dated 15.07.2024 in Writ Appeal No.578 of 2013 etc. and batch, and submitted that the writ petitioner has filed to implement the order of the first respondent dated 12.03.2019, is not maintainable.
3.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after going through the order of the learned Division Bench, fairly submitted that the liberty as granted by the Division Bench of this Court may also be granted to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike, as stated in the order dated 15.07.2024 in Writ Appeal No.578 of 2013, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present writ petition. However, liberty as preserved in the aforesaid writ appeal is also allowed to the petitioner in the present writ petition i.e., liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent authority under the enactment or the forum or the Court of law as the case may be. In the event of petitioner filing any application before this Court of law, the period during which the present writ petition was pending before the High Court is to be taken into consideration for the purpose of condoning the delay and the claims may be adjudicated on merits and in accordance with law.
