ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the third respondent to provide necessary Police protection to the petitioner's property based on representation given by the petitioners dated 17.02.2020.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first and second respondent would submit that no complaint has been received from the petitioners.

3. Considering the above submission, the petitioners are directed to lodge fresh complaint on fresh cause of action and if any complaint is received from the petitioners, the third respondent herein is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the counter parties and after giving liberty for hearing, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
