ORDER

The petition is filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.30221 of 2018 dated 08.04.2019 thereby directed the first respondent to deposit a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

sum of Rs.5,000/- every month to the credit of DVOP.No.6 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor.

The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that as directed by this Court already a sum of Rs.1,72,000/- was deposited on 11.10.2019. Whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said amount is not credited as ordered by this Court and therefore, the respondents did not comply with the order passed by this Court. 3.

While quashing the complaint as against the respondents 2 to 4, this Court observed that if the respondents fail to comply with the condition, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. Therefore, the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.30221 of 2018 dated 08.04.2019 is hereby cancelled. 4.
