This petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Review Application in the order dated 10.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.26253 of 2022.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 24 days in filing the above Review Application in Rev.Aplw.

SR.No.5407 of 2023 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 20.06.2023 along with Contempt Petition No.337 of 2023.
